Reviva mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? Just got possession for my flat in Reviva last month, aur honestly, thoda tension ho raha hai. Kuch minor cracks dikh rahe hain already, aur bathroom fittings bhi loose lag rahe. Is this normal for new builds in Bangalore, ya I should push the builder hard? Thinking about future resale value aur maintenance costs, yeh sab issues toh EMI pe bhaari pad sakte hain. Also, promised amenities like the gym aur clubhouse, they look good on paper but kitna use hota hai? My tenant would expect these things to be top-notch. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high hain, but services ka quality abhi tak 'just okay' lag raha. Kya kisi ko first-hand experience hai after a year or so? Does it improve or get worse? Any advice on initial snags?

Exactly! Pehle RERA details confirm karo, phir action lo. Builder ko aise chhodna nahi chahiye.
Totally relate yaar! Bangalore mein builders ka yehi haal hai. First-time buyer ko toh aur zyada ullu banate hain. Mere dost ne bhi ek project mein liya tha, usko bhi fittings change karwane pade. Bhai, Reviva ka possession date toh 2027-12-01 hai as per RERA. Aapko last month kaise possession mil gaya? Ya aap kisi sample flat ya phase 1 ki baat kar rahe ho? Thoda confusion hai yahaan. Agar abhi se cracks hain toh definitely concern ki baat hai.
