RG Group delays in Sector 130 - anyone else facing this?

I'm seriously fed up with RG Group. Booked a 2BHK in their Sector 130 project thinking it'd be perfect after selling our big house. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Possession was promised last year, but abhi tak koi khabar nahi. They keep saying 'next quarter', 'next quarter'. I'm paying both EMI on the home loan and rent right now! Double whammy! Honestly not sure if it was the right decision to invest here. Has anyone else faced similar delays with RG Group? What did you do? Is it worth fighting them legally? Resale bhi mushkil lag raha hai aisi situation mein. Feeling completely stuck.
