RG Group Raises ₹170 Crore from PE Firm for Noida Realty Project

Heard RG Group just raised ₹170 Crore for their Noida project! Been seeing so many new projects come up, and wondering if now's the right time to invest... This kind of investment, *seedhi baat*, shows big players believe Noida's property market is still hot. Could mean more options for us, but also maybe a price bump? I'm curious to see what RG Group does with the funds – residential, commercial...what do you guys think this injection of funds will do to property prices in the area?
