Hey guys, I'm confused between RG Luxury Homes and Marshal Green View Apartment in Noida. RG Luxury Homes is ready to move, but thoda expensive hai. Marshal Green View is comparatively cheaper. What do you think about the construction quality of both? Kya kisi ne RG Luxury Homes mein invest kiya hai? Is it worth the higher price? Also, location-wise, which one has better connectivity? Mujhe advice chahiye regarding the ROI. Which one has better resale value in the long run? Has anyone experienced any issues with either builder? What's your take? My advice would be to thoroughly check the legal documents for both, especially for Marshal Green View since it's an older project. Builder ka track record bhi important hai. RG Luxury Homes ka builder thoda better reputation rakhta hai as far as I know. Don't just go by price, construction quality aur builder ki reliability bahut important hai for long-term peace of mind.
ROI ke liye, you have to consider the future development around both areas. RG Luxury Homes ke paas upcoming infrastructure projects hain, which might push up its value. Marshal Green View is in a more established area, so appreciation might be slower. Dono ki long-term value different hogi.

Connectivity ke liye, dono hi projects DND Flyway se achhe connected hain, but for daily commute, dekhna padega where your office is.
Marshal Green View mein 60 units hain bas, which is a small society. Sometimes small societies struggle with funds for major repairs. I'd lean towards RG if budget allows, just for the peace of mind of a newer build. Connectivity-wise, RG's location near Sector 78/79 is also pretty good.

RG Luxury Homes ka ROI doubtful hai is high price pe. Noida mein itne naye projects aa rahe hain. Marshal Green View toh 2016 ka possession hai, that's quite old. Resale value ka bhi sochna padega.
Bhai, RG Luxury Homes ka price point toh sach mein high lagta hai, especially for a first-time buyer. Maine bhi dekha tha, location achhi hai but budget out ho raha tha. Marshal Green View ka construction quality maine suna hai theek-thaak hai, nothing extraordinary. But for that price, it's a decent deal if you're okay with an older project.
