Bhai, ₹65k rent is a lot, no doubt, but ₹1.4 Cr – ₹1.9 Cr for an UPCOMING project with possession in 2029-09-09? That's almost 6 years away! Builder ko itna time mil gaya toh kya guarantee ki quality achhi hogi? Aur Noida mein is price range mein options kam nahi hain. Kya ye price justify karta hai for a project that's not even built yet, especially with only 58 units? Thoda risky lag raha hai for a first-time buyer.
