RG Residency

Noida mein promised amenities aur actual delivery ka gap bilkul sahi nahi hai. Kids moved out, so we're selling our big house for a smaller, manageable 2BHK. RG Residency jaise projects dekh rahe hain. But I hear so many stories about seepage and cracks after just a year. Not sure if it's just my luck, but maintenance charges seem high too. Does the service actually match? We just want a peaceful, hassle-free place, yaar. Has anyone lived in such projects? Kya real experience hai construction quality aur maintenance ka?
