The property prices around Shivaji Nagar feel completely detached from reality sometimes. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Bellandur, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa, maybe closer to the city centre. But quotes near Richmond Circle are just insane. We're talking 2.5 Cr+ for a decent 3BHK, and negotiation is almost non-existent. Are builders and owners here just holding out for absurd amounts? I'm already looking at a big EMI, so this premium needs justification. What's the resale market like for a 3BHK here? Can you actually sell it easily if needed? Plus, the parking situation is a nightmare. For such high prices, shouldn't basic amenities be sorted? Anyone feel the price jump isn't worth it?
