Richmond Town prices: brand name over actual value?

Richmond Town — I'm really struggling to justify the prices here for a personal buy. I work in real estate, so I see the numbers daily, but my own search feels different. Are these 2BHKs pushing 1.5 Cr actually worth it? The leafy streets are nice, and it's central, but I'm worried about the daily traffic and parking nightmare. For current residents, what's the real day-to-day like? Is the premium truly for the lifestyle, or mostly the postcode? Any hidden costs people discovered after moving in?
