Richmond Town's property prices: pure brand value ya actual worth?

My power of attorney paperwork is almost done for a Bengaluru investment, looking at Richmond Town. From Dubai, I'm seeing prices around ₹2.5 Cr for a decent 3BHK. Is this justified, ya sirf brand value ka bhaav hai? Negotiations kitna possible hai? Also, resale market kaisa hai wahan, will it be tough to offload agar need padi? Managing from afar, I need to know the real ground reality, not just brochures. Any experiences?

Richmond Town mein 2.5 Cr for 3BHK? Bhai, yeh toh thoda over-the-top lag raha hai. Unless it's a super-premium, brand new flat, I doubt it's actual worth. Mostly brand value ka hype hai. Negotiation pe toh builder hamesha kam hi karte hain, but yahan kitna possible hoga?
