Risland Sky Mansion: Amenities hype vs. construction reality

My loan is pre-approved for a New Delhi investment, but being based in Dubai, remote due diligence is tough. Everyone glorifies Risland Sky Mansion's amenities, but nobody talks about the actual construction quality post-possession. Are we paying a premium for fancy clubhouses that become ghost facilities, or for solid structures? My main worry is long-term maintenance issues and future resale value.
