RK Imperial residents — real talk on daily life?
Did a site visit to RK Imperial last weekend. Honestly, fed up of renting yaar, landlord just hiked rent again so finally taking the plunge. Project looks good on paper, but I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience. Those amenities – pool, gym – are they well-maintained and usable? Aur neighbourhood kaisa hai? Schools, markets kitne paas hain? Commute from there to major hubs, is it a pain? Is the society vibe friendly ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Any current residents, real experience please.

Yaar, same boat! Rent hikes are brutal. RK Imperial looks tempting on brochures. I also visited their site, and the amenities did look good on paper. But the possession date is what's confusing me. Brochure mein 2022-12-01 likha hai, but site pe they said it's still ongoing. Any idea what's happening there? Is it a common delay or something more serious?
