Yaar, RK Traders Qutab Heights ka brochure toh ekdum high-fi lag raha hai, but I'm super skeptical. Ye clubhouse aur kids' play area, kya sach mein usable hote hain ya bas marketing gimmick? Gurgaon mein kitne projects dekhe hain jahan amenities sirf naam ki hoti hain. Investment ke liye soch raha hu, toh ROI aur tenants attract karne ke liye ye sab genuine hona chahiye.
