RK Traders Qutab Heights: what's your ground reality?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much detail goes into checking a new flat. Just moved into RK Traders Qutab Heights like three months back, and already seeing some things. The brochure showed so much green space, but it feels a bit cramped now, not gonna lie. Is that typical for Gurugram societies, or did I miss something during site visits? Also, noticing tiny cracks already, and some fittings feel a bit flimsy. Is this just normal settling for new construction, or should I be worried? And the children's play area... it's there, but it feels more like a checkbox than a genuinely safe, fun spot. What are others' first-hand experiences with new projects here? Should I push maintenance hard on these smaller issues, or just let them be?
