Since last year I've been eyeing properties in Greater Noida, specifically RN Amod Residency for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so doing proper site visits isn't easy. My main worry is construction quality – matlab, after 1-2 years, do seepage issues ya wall cracks start dikhne lagte hain? This directly impacts resale value and future maintenance costs, which is crucial for an investor like me. Builders promise so much, but what's the ground reality? Are the amenities like the clubhouse actually functional, ya just showpiece? Does good quality construction and well-maintained amenities really help attract better tenants and justify premium rentals? Or is it just a marketing gimmick? Any actual owner experiences from Greater Noida would be super helpful, especially regarding long-term quality and maintenance.

Mujhe laga tha RN Amod Residency ka price band (₹24 L – ₹48 L) is quite attractive for Greater Noida. Especially for a completed project. But amenities ka kya scene hai? Clubhouse, gym, pool, yeh sab sirf showpiece hain ya actually functional aur well-maintained hain? Investment ke liye yeh bhi bahut important factor hai to attract tenants.

Amod Residency ka toh suna hai ki common areas mein bhi finishings utni achi nahi hain. Plumbing issues are common in many projects if they cut corners. So yeah, it's a real concern, not just speculation.
