I'm checking out RN Amod Residency for investment, completed hai. ₹24-48L price range mein hai, but pichle kuch saalon mein capital appreciation kaisa raha hai? Aur real rental yield kitna mil raha hai aajkal? I work in real estate, but for myself, ground reality chahiye. Secondary market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Exit strategy ke liye kon types ke buyers milte hain 5 saal baad? Is it a good long-term hold, ya phas jayenge?
