Visited RN Homes in Sector 112 last weekend. They're pushing pre-launch offers for their new phase, saying prices will jump after RERA. They quoted around ₹68L for a 2BHK, excluding PLC and other charges. Honestly, I'm not sure if these 'early bird' discounts are real ya bas marketing hype hai. My parents keep saying builders always inflate prices later, but is pre-launch actually cheaper in Noida Extension? Also, they mentioned some spot discounts if I book within a week. Should I trust these limited-time offers or wait for the project to be more established? Does waiting usually lead to better deals or higher prices in this area? What do you guys think?
