For over a year, I've monitored the Affordable Housing Projects corridor, particularly regarding the promised road network enhancements. I'm based in Dubai, so visiting for ground truth is difficult. I purchased a unit based on projections for connectivity improvements significantly boosting value. However, the impact on prices from the recently completed expressway seems negligible in some sectors. Which specific pockets within Affordable Housing Projects have genuinely benefited from these infrastructure developments, if any? I'm frustrated, feeling misled about the expected appreciation, honestly. Did anyone else face similar discrepancies?

Bilkul sahi baat kahi aapne! Main bhi yahi soch raha tha. Humein bhi laga tha ki expressway banne ke baad Manimajra ke aas paas wale projects mein toh rocket lag jayega price ko, but aisa kuch nahi hua.
