Rohini 3BHK search: Lamba aur Angels ka sach?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Rohini — is this the new normal? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Dwarka, looking at Lamba Floors Rohini Sector 25 and Angels Luxurious Residency. Both projects dikhte toh achhe hain. But construction quality aur amenities ka real scene kaisa hai? Anyone lived there? Kya promised amenities actually mile? Thoda feedback chahiye, yaar.

₹1.8 Cr for 3BHK in Rohini? That sounds super high for Sector 25, even with current market rates. I thought Rohini was supposed to be more affordable than Dwarka. Are these projects really worth that kind of premium?

Totally agree. ₹1.8 Cr for Rohini is pushing it. Even in areas like Anand Vihar, you can find decent 3BHKs for similar or slightly less. The market is hot, but Rohini has its limits, right?
