My landlord raised rent again, that's it, I'm done. Finally taking the plunge to buy a 3BHK in Rohini, budget ₹80L-1.5Cr. Honestly, everyone hypes up sectors like 24 and 25, saying they offer the best value for money. But I'm seeing older DDA flats there needing massive renovations, aur naye private builder projects are just way too expensive for the carpet area you get. Is anyone *actually* finding a good deal for a modern 3BHK in this range in Rohini? I feel like the same money could get you something much better in, say, Dwarka. Matlab, is Rohini truly the smart move for a first-time buyer wanting a decent, ready-to-move-in 3BHK without a full reno? Change my mind.
