Loan approved for 3BHK, but Rohini Sector 4 ke prices are just absurd. Brokers quote ₹2.2Cr, but with stamp duty, PLC, registration, it hits ₹2.5Cr easily. From my experience, iska resale value utna strong nahi hai. Yeh price justified hai kya for the area, ya it's pure speculation?

Totally agree with your point! Rohini Sector 4 mein 2.5 Cr for a 3BHK is just insane. I've been looking around too, aur it feels like brokers are just inflating prices, especially for ready-to-move properties.
Sahi baat hai! Mera ek friend ne Rohini Sec 7 mein liya tha 2 years back, ab woh bechna chahta hai, aur buyers mil hi nahi rahe us price pe.
