Roots The Orchard: Construction quality par koi baat nahi karta?

Visited Roots The Orchard again. I'm in real estate, but for my own flat, construction quality is paramount. Builders promise fancy amenities, par possession ke baad, it's just cracks, seepage, and high maintenance for nothing. Change my mind.

Totally agree! I've been eyeing Roots The Orchard too, because the price point (₹47-48L) seems attractive for a completed project. But every time I visit, I get this uneasy feeling. Amenities look great on paper, but if the core structure isn't solid, what's the point? My friend faced similar issues with a project near Basai Road, constant repair work after just 2 years. Is anyone living there already who can confirm the quality?
