Kya launch price se ab tak kuch khaas jump aaya hai? Ya mostly flat hi chal raha hai? Builders toh high ROI bolte hain, but ground reality kya hai? Ghaziabad mein rental yield ka kya scene hai Royal Enclave jaise projects se? Kitna expect kar sakte hain monthly, say for a 2BHK? Kahin ghost society ka risk toh nahi hai, matlab investor ratio zyada ho aur rentals na milein. Resale market kitna liquid hai yahan? Agar 5-7 saal mein exit karna pade, toh buyers mil jayenge easily? Ya holding period lamba ho jayega? Is it worth investing for long-term wealth creation here?
