Royal Kingdom Homes amenities are just marketing scam
Currently in a 2BHK in Vasant Kunj, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa. Was looking at Royal Kingdom Homes, their brochures show such fancy amenities. But yaar, I'm genuinely worried about the reality on ground. My friend bought a flat last year near Dwarka, brochure mein swimming pool and gym world-class the, but possession ke baad sab average nikla, barely usable. Construction quality ka bhi darr hai. Suna hai Royal Kingdom Homes mein bhi seepage issues aate hain after a year, especially in higher floors. Is the price jump for these "luxury" amenities worth it, ya sirf marketing hype hai? Actual owners, please share your experience. Kya promised facilities sach mein milte hain ya sirf checklist tick karte hain?

I was also looking at Royal Kingdom Homes. My current flat is in Alaknanda, and I wanted to upgrade. When I visited their site, the construction seemed to be progressing, but the sales team was very vague about the specifics of the amenities. They just kept pointing to the brochure. The possession date is shown as 2025-09-01, which is still a long way, and a lot can change. I'm worried about potential delays and quality compromises given the current market scenario.

Haan bilkul! Most builders just show you a dream and deliver a nightmare. I've seen so many projects where the amenities are either delayed indefinitely or are of sub-standard quality. It's a real struggle to find an honest builder these days.

Exactly! Sab marketing hai. Fancy brochures, reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Happened with my uncle too.
Sahi keh rahe ho, this is a common builder tactic. My friend invested in a 'luxury' project near Dwarka Expressway a few years back. They promised a fully functional sports complex and a grand entrance. Guess what? The sports complex is still half-built, and the grand entrance is just a regular gate. He's heard about Royal Kingdom Homes having seepage issues in higher floors after a year, which is a major red flag for me. Be very careful, don't just go by the fancy pictures.
Totally agree with your concern about amenities, bhai. My neighbour faced a similar issue with a builder in Ghaziabad; the maintenance post-possession was horrible, and half the 'luxury' features never even worked properly. It's like they just put it on paper to attract buyers, and then you're stuck with it. RKH ka bhi yahi haal hai kya?
