Yaar, Royal Residency cheaper lagta hai, but hamesha hidden costs hote hain. Pehle yeh confirm karo ki uska price per sqft kya pad raha hai after all charges. Swaraj Homes ka price range toh ₹1.1 Cr se start ho raha hai, which is quite high for an 'upcoming' project considering Noida ke current market scenario mein.
