Royalton Towers: What build quality means for investors

DLF Royalton Towers mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 50, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK wahan. Investors ke liye, kya yahan ka build quality long-term maintenance costs badhati hai? Yaar, agar fitting issues ya seepage 2-3 saal mein aane lagte hain, toh tenant attraction aur resale value pe bilkul farak padega. High premium pay kar raha hoon, toh I need to know if that quality jump is actually justified for a good ROI. Kya kisi ko firsthand experience hai?
