1.5 Cr for Vaishali, Ghaziabad? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha hai for a compact project? Connectivity acchi hai, maanta hoon, but 0.86 acre mein 120 units, that's quite dense. Budget mein toh nahi aa raha mere.
