Everyone glorifies 'potential' but nobody talks about the ground reality. Monsoon mein waterlogging kitni hoti hai? Last year ki videos were scary. Is the drainage infrastructure really fixed? Families ke liye safety ka kya scene hai, especially at night? EMI vs rent math is pushing me, but I don't want future headaches. Change my mind.
