Roza Jalalpur prices feel totally disconnected from reality.

Roza Jalalpur Village – I'm honestly so confused about prices here. Are the current rates for 2BHKs justified, or is there negotiation room? Also, heard some monsoon issues; is waterlogging a real concern during heavy rains, or is it manageable?

Yaar, Roza Jalalpur mein 2BHK ke prices dekh ke toh mera dimaag ghoom gaya hai. Builders bol rahe hain 60-65 lakh, but is that even realistic for that area? Aur monsoon ka sunn ke tension ho rahi hai, sach mein itni waterlogging hoti hai kya wahan?

Totally agree bhai! Prices toh hadd se zyada hain. Negotiation ka scope toh hona chahiye. Main bhi same doubt mein hoon.
