posted on 14 MayRTM peace vs UC gamble: Is the premium worth it in Pune?
Everyone glorifies under-construction for 'better prices' but nobody talks about the hidden stress and delays. I'm finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting after landlord raised rent again; my EMI vs rent math is clear. Supreme Amadore in Pune, being ready-to-move, feels sahi for peace of mind. It's in the ₹2.40 Cr - ₹3.63 Cr range. But yaar, total cost of ownership for RTM is scary. Stamp duty, registration, interiors, sab ek saath. Is the immediate possession premium truly worth it, or am I overthinking UC risks like delays and quality issues? Change my mind.

Honestly, RTM ka premium Pune mein ab bahut zyada ho gaya hai. ₹2.4 Cr minimum for Amadore? Usse better Akurdi ya Ambegaon mein same budget mein 2BHK/3BHK mil jayega, woh bhi acha builder ka. UC mein risk hai, but reward bhi hai.
Totally agree, bhai! UC ka stress is real. Supreme Amadore sounds good but the cost upfront is daunting. Confused.
