Rudraa Aroma construction quality post-possession is a gamble
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself is different. We're looking at Rudraa Aroma, and the site visits show potential. But I'm honestly worried about the construction quality after possession. I've heard stories of cracks and seepage just a year in, even in so-called premium projects. My biggest fear is hidden snagging issues turning into huge maintenance bills down the line, affecting resale value or tenant attraction. Also, what's the real scene with water supply? Is it reliable, or will we be dependent on tankers? Is the tank capacity sufficient? Anyone who's taken possession there, what was your snag list like? Did they fix things promptly, or was it a nightmare? Off the record, share your experience.
