Rudraa Aroma: What they don't tell you about daily life.

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in this city, and honestly, it's a different game when you're buying for yourself. I work in real estate, so I see through most of the brochure fluff. I'm looking at Rudraa Aroma for a 3BHK. What I really want to know from residents there is about the practical, day-to-day stuff. How is the parking allocation? Is it a lottery every time or are spots actually reserved and fair, without constant fights? And the children's play area – is it genuinely safe and usable, or just a ticked-off checkbox for OC? Also, off the record, are the elevators reliable with quick maintenance response, or do they break down often? What's the real experience on ground, folks?
