Sector 1 mein Rudransh Bellavista ka project visit kiya hai. First-time buyer hoon, honestly bohot overwhelmed feel kar raha. My budget is around ₹75-80L for a 2BHK. Builder se price negotiate karne ki try ki, but they're saying it's fixed. Is negotiation actually possible with builders like Rudransh, ya sab bolne ki baat hai? Koi tips hain kya on how to push for a better deal, maybe some hidden charges waive off karwa sakte hain? Loan ke liye bhi confusion hai. HDFC, ICICI se rates check kiye hain, but everyone is saying something different. Which bank gave you the best experience for home loans, specially for first-time buyers with all the paperwork? Parents bolte hain under-construction mein risk hai, but ready-to-move options are way out of budget. Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
