Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting, honestly. Fed up of renting, my landlord hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Pitampura is on my radar for a 3BHK, the location is great. But I'm seriously worried about RWA issues post-possession. Heard some horror stories about societies there, like unexpected parking charges or sudden increases in maintenance without proper notice. It feels like a hidden cost, you know? My EMI vs rent math gets messed up if these ground realities hit hard. Is this common in Pitampura? What did you do to avoid or deal with it?
