RWA issues in Sector 24C: What nobody tells you?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. My wife's priority is a good neighbourhood for the kids' school admission, and we need at least a 3BHK. We've been looking at Sector 24C, and the apartments seem decent. But, yaar, I'm really worried about the RWA. Someone told me their maintenance charges are super high, but the services aren't up to mark. Like, stray dogs ka problem hai, aur cleanliness bhi theek nahi hai. Is this actually true? What's the real scene with RWA effectiveness here? Are they worth the hefty charges? Don't want to get stuck with hidden costs after moving in. Any experiences, especially regarding green spaces upkeep? Meri family ke liye bahut important hai.
