Haan bhai, S S Park View is RERA registered. Possession date was 2023-10-01, so it's fairly recent. But RERA registration doesn't guarantee everything, just gives you legal recourse if things go south. Still, better than nothing!

Sahi kaha, especially with these smaller projects. 8 units mein maintenance corpus usually kam hota hai.
