Did a site visit to S S Park View last month before finalizing, and honestly, the completed project looked decent. Just got possession a couple months back, and I'm now trying to figure out the actual rental yields here; brochures said one thing, but what are people genuinely getting? My biggest worry is the investor vs. end-user ratio. Don't want a ghost society affecting future resale value. Is the secondary market active or just slow for these flats?

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. S S Park View ka naam sunke I also thought it looked decent, but 8 units? That's barely an apartment complex, more like a large villa! Investor ratio is bound to be skewed. Meri bhi yahi tension hai ki aise chote projects mein maintenance aur community feel kaise banega. Resale value toh door ki baat hai, pehle toh society active ho.
