Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but here I am, seriously looking at Sadashivnagar. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Sadashivnagar looks great, all those leafy streets, but what's the ground reality during monsoon? Does it flood badly? Is water logging a real issue, or is the drainage actually decent? Also, thinking long-term. If I pick up a 3BHK around ₹2.5Cr here, how's the resale market? Given the premium, can you actually offload it easily if needed, or does it sit for ages? What's the typical tenant profile if I rent it out initially? Any honest experiences from residents would be super helpful. What's the real vibe?

Bhai, 2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sadashivnagar? Bahut premium hai. Location aur greenery no doubt amazing hai, but resale mein itna value milega kya? Lagta hai sirf HNIs hi afford kar sakte hain, aur unko bhi kya itna easy hota hai offload karna? Thoda nervous ho raha hoon is price point pe.
