Yaar, ₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Safdarjung Enclave, even from Tricone? Sounds way too high. Builder quote mein toh hamesha cushion hota hai. Negotiation kitna realistically possible hai? Suna hai Delhi market mein ab sellers bhi adamant rehte hain.
