Safety concerns in Sector 84 are overblown, prove me wrong.

Sector 84, Noida, keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I work in real estate, but for my own family, I don't want any marketing spin. Pehle industrial area tha, ab residential projects bhi aa rahe hain. What's the real daily life like yahan? Is it safe, especially for families at night? Connectivity toh achi hai, but traffic ka kya scene hai peak hours mein? Log bolte hain development slow hai... but for end-use, is it worth it? Genuine opinions chahiye.
