Been looking at projects for ages, and Saheel Code Name Hinjewadi Phase 3 keeps popping up. I work in real estate, so I know the sales pitch, but buying for myself is different. For those who've visited or know residents, is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on brochures? What about the amenities – are they actually usable or just showpieces? And the neighbourhood, yaar, how's the connectivity to schools and markets? Not sure if the commute from there to the IT park is a daily headache.

Been seeing Saheel Hinjewadi P3 everywhere. The price range ₹75L – ₹1.3 Cr sounds like a lot for Hinjewadi Phase 3, especially for a first-time buyer like me. Is it really worth it, or just builder hype? What about the actual carpet area vs. super built-up? And the daily commute to Phase 1 IT park, is it really manageable without losing my mind?
Regarding the price, I checked a few months back, and it was around ₹7000-7500 per sq ft for carpet area. Total cost easily crosses 80L for a decent 2BHK. Commute to Phase 1 is still a pain, traffic is horrible during peak hours.
