Sahibabad, I'm really looking into this area for my own flat. I work in real estate but buying for myself is totally different. Pichle 1-2 saal mein prices kaafi upar gaye hain na? Matlab, should I jump in now ya wait karun for some correction? Builders ki numbers mein toh sab theek lagta hai, but ground reality kya hai?

Haan bhai, same confusion. Lagta hai sab inflate kar rahe hain prices.
