Saini Bhawan amenities are more for show than use

Did a site visit to Saini Bhawan on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. The show flat looked great, but I'm worried about the actual daily living experience. Are the amenities like the gym or clubhouse genuinely usable, ya just for show? My parents keep saying to check the society vibe too. Is it friendly there, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Not sure if it's genuinely good to live in daily, or just looks good on paper. Anyone living there share their experience?
