Saini Bhawan amenities: My family's big regret

₹75 lakh for a 3BHK at Saini Bhawan, socha kids ke liye accha hoga. But after 6 months of possession, I'm seriously regretting it. Brochure mein jo kids play area aur swimming pool dikhaye the, they're mostly non-functional ya broken. My wife says it's not even safe for the children. Builder ko kitni baar bola hai, but no use. Anyone else here faced this with Saini Bhawan's amenities? What did you do?
