Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on Saini Bhawan in Chandigarh. I'm worried about construction quality long-term. Kya wahan actual mein delivery ke 1-2 saal baad cracks ya seepage issues aate hain? Aur amenities jo promise karte hain, woh sahi mein usable rehte hain ya sirf show-off? Maintenance charges ke against service theek hai?

Bhai, Saini Bhawan ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. My cousin almost booked there near Mullanpur Garibdass, but pulled out last minute. Unko pata chala ki previous projects mein drainage aur lift issues bahut common the. Quality pe toh doubt rehta hi hai.
