Just got possession of my Saini Bhawan flat a couple of months back, and honestly, I'm a bit concerned about the occupancy. Society mein abhi bhi bohot kam log dikhte hain. Lagta hai investor units zyada hain. Isse rental yield pe farak padega na? Agar high investor ratio hai, toh rents ke liye competition badhega aur returns kam ho sakte hain. Kya kisi ke paas first-hand experience hai ki kaise high investor ratio projects ka resale market perform karta hai Chandigarh mein? Log end-user societies prefer karte hain buying ke liye, right? Meri exit strategy kya honi chahiye agar aisa hai? Any advice on long-term wealth creation here?

Yaar, I had the same feeling when I visited Saini Bhawan. It felt a bit deserted even a few months after possession was announced. My broker kept pushing it, saying 'good for investment, high rental yield potential', but exactly as you said, if everyone's an investor, who's going to rent?
Totally agree. High investor ratio is a red flag for me too. Which tower did you get possession in, if you don't mind me asking?
