Is Saini Bhawan's construction quality actually holding up after a few years? I'm based in Dubai, looking to invest, but can't do a site inspection myself. Worried about things like cracks, seepage, and fitting issues affecting resale down the line. Also, do the promised amenities like the clubhouse really see daily use, or are they just for show?
