My landlord just hiked rent 10%, fed up of renting now. I'm seriously looking at Saini Bhawan in Chandigarh for investment. Price range is wide, like ₹50L to ₹8Cr. But I'm wondering about the investor vs end-user ratio there. Don't want to buy into a ghost society, you know? Also, for a 5-7 year horizon, what's the exit strategy? Will there be enough buyers then? Any actual rental yield experiences from owners? Please share your thoughts.
