₹90 lakh for a Saini Bhawan 3BHK in New Chandigarh is already pushing it. My bank loan approval is stuck. Everyone talks about their construction quality, but nobody mentions why banks are so hesitant with Saini Bhawan projects. Is it a hidden financial risk? Change my mind.
