The investor ratio in some Chandigarh projects is seriously concerning these days. I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Saini Bhawan sunne mein toh theek lagta hai, but woh investor ratio wali baat dimaag mein ghoom rahi hai. Ghost society ka risk sach mein bahut bada concern hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. Kisi ko actual ground reality pata hai kya wahan ki?
