Chandigarh ke market mein ab builders kaafi strict ho gaye hain RERA ki wajah se, but still, Rasulpur ke paas kuch projects mein delay aur quality issues sunne ko mile hain. Due diligence is key.
RERA status toh sabse pehle dekhna chahiye! Bina RERA ke toh haath bhi mat lagana.

But jab possession mila, toh bathroom ki tiles hollow sound kar rahi thi, aur ek deewar pe slight tilt bhi laga. Structural engineer ko dikhaya toh pata chala foundation mein kuch issues the jo chhupaye gaye. Always try to take an expert with you, especially for the structural part.
